Sandwich Loaf Premix (gf, df)



This is the premix for our sandwich loaves and baguettes.

Ingredients:  Rice Flour, Tapioca Starch, Buckwheat Flour, Potato Starch, Brown Sugar, Yeast, Salt, Xanthan Gum

Allergens: Yeast

Pack Size: 1kg (makes 2 bread loaves or 6 x 30cm baguettes)


  • 462g Bread Premix
  • 39g Sunflower Oil 
  • 2 Egg’s
  • 398g Warm Water

Mix together until smooth. Cover and allow to rise for 20min

Scrape dough into a lined bread tin, smooth out top and bake at 240C for 30min then drop temp. to 200C and bake for 30min or until golden brown and reduced by 10% in weight.

Allow to cool completely before cutting.
