Description
Make your own vegan crepes/pancakes at home with our gluten-free and vegan premix:
Ingredients: Rice Flour, Tapioca Starch, Non-GMO Cornstarch, Potato Starch, Sugar, Bicarbonate of Soda, Cream of Tartar, Xanthan Gum
Allergens: Corn
Recipe:
1 bag of our Crepe Premix
1 tsp Vegetable Oil (we recommend using coconut oil)
450ml Non-dairy Milk (almond milk, soy milk or coconut milk work best)
2 tsp Vanilla Essence or 1 tsp Vanilla Extract

Mix all wet ingredients together and add them to the dry ingredients. Mix well until you get a smooth batter with no flour clumps.

Pour about a third of a cup of batter into a preheated and lightly greased frying pan and cook on a medium high heat until the top dries then flip over and cook for 20-30 seconds or until done.
- Top with fillings of your choice.
