During this comprehensive 7-hour class, you’ll master the techniques of gluten-free baking, from mixing to baking. Each participant will bake their own loaves and take home freshly made bread. Enjoy a satisfying dinner and refreshments provided by Buckwheat Bakery to keep you energised throughout the session.

Time & Venue:
Participants meet at our Muizenberg venue at 9am for coffee; class begins promptly at 9:30am and runs until 4:30pm. Lunch, including vegetarian options, is included.
Buckwheat Bakery Terms and Conditions:
To confirm your registration, booking and payment via our online system are required. Bookings are applicable for Muizenberg only. Our kitchen and courses are gluten-free and safe for celiacs. Courses are not intended for commercial bakers and chefs, and we reserve the right to cancel bookings not meeting this criterion.
Course bookings are non-refundable in cash. Changes made more than 7 days before the course date can be rescheduled or converted into a voucher for future use. ChangesĀ made 7-14 days before the class incur a R500 rebooking fee per space. Rebooking using a voucher must occur within 12 months of the original course date, with any price differences payable.
Participant name changes are accepted up to the course day free of charge. No-shows and same-day cancellations incur a 100% cancellation fee. Terms also apply for erroneous bookings. We reserve the right to reschedule courses with fewer than 3 participants.
