Xanthan Gum 125g



Xanthan Gum is made using fermented sugar to produce the bacteria Xanthomonas campestris. It is used in gluten-free baking as a gluten replacement as well as a stabiliser and thickener.

Usage: When using our All Purpose Flour you will need to add Xanthan Gum to it according to the recipe you are using. A general rule of thumb is to add 1/2 tsp Xanthan Gum for every 125g of All Purpose Flour
