Vegan Carrot Cake (we promise it tastes just as good as anything with milk and eggs!) Topped with a delicious lemon buttercream and packed with pecans and raisins. (Yes, you can opt to not have those two but we don’t recommended it…)

Ingredients: Rice Flour, Tapioca Starch, Non-GMO Cornstarch, Potato Starch, Sugar, Carrots, Apple, Apple Cider Vinegar, Vegetable Fat, Pecans, Raisins, Flaxseed, Bicarbonate of Soda, Xanthan Gum, Vanilla Essence, Salt
