Brioche Buns are our premium buns which use a unique, enriched dough for the perfect hamburger. These freeze well for up to 3 months. To defrost, place from freezer into an oven for 10 min at 180°C or until thawed. We recommend lightly toasting the cut bun under a grill for burgers.
